Ann Baldwin

Ann is an executive coach who works with directors and partners and enables others to reach that level. Her clients are key players in many different sectors including Financial, Legal, Engineering, Construction and Architectural, Health, Media, IT, Retailing, Public Sector and Charity.

She has developed and honed her coaching skills over the last twelve years, following a successful business career as a chartered accountant and in executive leadership and management roles.

As a Grant Thornton Executive, Ann was involved in many aspects of running a large business with over 200 partners and 2500 staff. Ann was responsible for partner and staff development, training, finance and IT. During her five years within the firm’s management group, she also led the development of written competencies, assessment centres for graduates, and career development programmes.

Prior to her executive role, Ann was the managing partner of Grant Thornton’s Bristol office where she was responsible for the management of the office as well as advising clients about their businesses. She was a member of the panel that selected Grant Thornton’s partners for seven years and a staff partner for thirteen years.
